Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver health and social care training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and determine appropriate training solutions
- Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a health and social care trainer or in a similar role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
