**The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis**:
Littlefish is seeking an ServiceNow Administrator to come and join our growing Service Improvement team.
As the ServiceNow Administrator you will report into the Service Improvement Manager and the main areas of responsibility will be to provide business as usual administrative support to the London Borough Council instance of ServiceNow.

**Your main duties will include**
- ServiceNow BAU User administration - starters, leavers, movers. Including tracking licensing usage and adhering to local security policy surrounding user permission.
- In tool reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
- Modifications and improvement to key ITIL processes such as Incident & Change management.
- Category code maintenance and end user experience management, including form usage, design and workflow.
- Bulk data upload.

- Basic experience with the administration of the ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
