We are looking to recruit an Office Works Scheduler for our client based in Gloucester. The Work Scheduler will be responsible for allocating all work streams to the teams, taking into consideration location, capabilities, maximum productivity as well as customer and client needs.

- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure

**The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for**:

- Scheduling works based on geographic location.
- Ensuring workloads are scheduled productively each day.
- Updating our database with site specific details to aid in workload delivery.
- Scheduling emergency works efficiently and in line with customer requirements.
- Management of completion packs and job sign off as appropriate
- Assisting the Contracts Manager in administrative duties to provide an efficient, high quality service

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a repairs & maintenance environment (not essential)
- Experience with working with engineers diaries/scheduling day to day or reactive repairs
- Confirm Software experience would be advantageous

The Scheduler will work within a busy team taking responsibility for the planning and scheduling of our operatives' work commitments, delivering response repairs and maintenance to our customers.

This is a full time Mon - Fri role

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
