If you are passionate and have a genuine desire to help others, whether it is supporting people in social environments, going for afternoon tea or a Steam train ride, we are looking for Support Workers to come and join our dedicated team to help support individuals live an independent and fulfilling life.

Supporting 6 residents with complex needs and nonverbal communication, whilst also helping with personal care to maintain good health and hygiene, supporting with medication, keeping their home clean, and providing access to the wider community to carryout activities of their choice. To support on holidays and keep relevant documentation and care plans up to date.

**The role**

We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.

Real Life Options is a registered charity currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.

To cover both day shifts and waking night shifts where available on a rota basis.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

Driver preferable, high level of manual handling involved in this job role including wheelchairs and hoisting.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.

**£9.80 per hour**
