In this role, the Client Services Administrator will play a crucial role in providing support to the Account Managers by handling various day-to-day administrative tasks. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for addressing and advancing client and production-related inquiries. **Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day queries from clients
- Working to SLA's and ensuring these are achieved
- Updating reports
- Invoice reconciliation
- Raising and managing quotes
