**Who we’re Seeking**: To recruit to Receptionist / Float Admin support role based at The Caludon Centre, within an Adult Mental Health service. The post-holder will be required to work within an integrated and skill mixed team, reporting to the Admin Team Coordinator and providing an effective and efficient Reception and Admin support service to Non-Clinical, Clinicians and Managers across the Trust.

The role is interesting and varied and we are looking for individuals who are personable, empathetic and comfortable working within the mental health service environment.

**The Job Role**: To be the first point of contact and support for patients, staff and visitors, some of whom may be distressed and in crisis.

**Responsibilities will also include**: electronic patient record management (using CareNotes), scanning/printing, uploading, managing complex patient phone queries, booking/amending clinic appointments, managing clinic room bookings, and data inputting, as well as general day to day admin/reception duties.

You must be able to multi-task under pressure and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. The role will require you to cover the main hospital reception area and provide general admin support to other services when required within the building.

**Skills and Experience**: Your skills will include the ability to priorities, co-ordinate, and delegate your workload and that of other team members

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage however, training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes, ESR, Tracking etc.

You will work on your own initiative and organise your own workload, as well as that of others, meeting deadlines, and responding professionally to enquiries both internally and externally to the organisation.
