**What you'll get to work on**:
As a Lead Programme Specialist you’ll ensure activities are successfully delivered and managed within budget, Utilising accurate data to drive initiatives to improve performance. You’ll design, drive and ensure delivery to key improvement initiatives. Championing knowledge share and continual improvement throughout.

You’ll also
- Manage, develop, and engage team to deliver objectives compliantly.
- Think strategically and have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Identify, analyse and interpret relevant data to drive departmental direction aligning to wider strategies.
- Create improved working practices through identifying transformational department needs, collaborating with wider organisational initiatives.
- Ensure Health and Safety is monitored, recognised, risks identified and fully compliant prompting best practice across all activities, always seeking continual improvement.
- Solves complex issues using multiple tools and techniques.
- Manages multiple demands/projects and delivers to deadlines.
- Identify, analyse and interpret relevant data to drive departmental direction aligning to wider strategies.
- Create improved working practices through identifying transformational department needs, collaborating with wider organisational initiatives.
- Be an effective communicator and proven collaborator with strong influencing skills.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Experience of facilitating change within a relevant business environment
- Supervisory/managerial experience demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills.
- Evidence of delivering high levels of performance outputs in a complex and high-pressure environment
- Ability to identify problems and challenges, analyse root causes and identify, test and implement appropriate solutions
- Experience of managing process, people and systems change through the lifecycle
- Proven Project Management experience - able to scope and deliver projects to deliver agreed outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively across the business and with all process stakeholders, and influence effectively across all levels within the organisation
- Knowledge of appropriate legislation, regulations, policy and procedures and relevant codes of practice
