**Resourcing Business Partner Support - (Inside IR35)**

**Contract Term: 6 Months**

**Contracting Authority: Network Rail**

**Location**:Hybrid - Glasgow on a flexible basis to be agreed**

As a Resourcing Business Partner Support, you will be a part of a team providing end to end recruitment services for Scotland’s Railway, using your knowledge of appropriate recruitment methods and sourcing strategies to support the delivery of Scotland’s Railway’s people plan.

**As a Resourcing Business Partner Support - (Inside IR35) your main responsibilities will be**:

- Writing job adverts by using role briefings and descriptions.
- Advertising roles on both internal and external platforms.
- Responding to general resourcing queries and managing the shared inbox
- Co-ordination of the recruitment approval process
- Co-ordination of recruitment workshops, recruitment days for high-volume roles and supporting early engagement events such as career fairs and school workshops
- Planning and facilitating assessment centres
- Compiling reports related to recruitment data for the business

**We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following**:

- Comfortable in managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplined team, meeting challenging deadlines in a volume orientated resourcing environment
- Proven organisational/process management skills, open to suggesting process improvements and adaptable to change.
- Confident working with excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in database and administrative process management

**Whilst it's not essential, we'd love it if you have**:

- A basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment marketplace
- Graduate and apprentice recruitment experience

**Essential**:

- Intermediate stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume-oriented resourcing/recruiting environment
- Intermediate organisational/process management skills, to include process improvement
- Good MS Office skills especially Excel to Intermediate level and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in database and administrative process management
- Good writing skills

**Desirable**:

- Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment marketplace.**Disability confident**
