**The Opportunity**

Our client, a leading FM company boasts a wealth of experience in the student sector. This role will be working across multi-sites at a prestigious leading Art and Design university in the centre of London. The role of a Security Manager is an integral and highly respected position and will lead the Security team to deliver a first class service through innovation and experience.

As a Security Manager, you will report to our Head of Client Services and will be vital to the successful delivery of day to day running of the security operations across a multi-site university. Your primary role will be to build a successful relationship with the client (and key stakeholders) to ensure that an outstanding level of service is delivered to the highest standard at the agreed cost. Through developing a ‘one team’ approach across the site, you will drive an efficient and professional work ethic and demonstrate Dardan’s and our Client’s values through your own behaviour.

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional client and guest experience through coaching staff to achieve the highest levels of service, safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited too)
- Manage all physical security risks against people, property, information, and reputation in line with the Estate Policy
- Work closely with the client and all key stakeholders to ensure the site runs collaboratively in line with policy and process
- Manage the on-site SOC and ensure all measures and operational policies are adhered to at all times
- Ensure correct resourcing levels are maintained at all times including scheduling in advance in line with holiday requests and unauthorised absence
- Ensure all events are managed in tandem and to specified operational procedures; including correct resourcing, health & safety and client requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations and implement new management ideas and processes to achieve goals and objectives
- Deliver and set KPIs in the following areas: staffing levels, training, holidays, staff leadership and driving opportunities to add additional value to the contract
- Ensure the wellbeing of Officers remains a priority
- Deliver up to date and ongoing training requirements to the officers

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full understanding of corporate security, including multi-site experience
- Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills
- Passion for service excellence
- Initiative, creativity and ability to solve problems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks quickly and effective
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Reward and Benefits**
- £45-45,000 per annum
- 55 hours per week
- Working Monday-Friday days, but flexibility around nights & weekends for events
