**Company and Job Overview**:
PCL Group specialises in the repair and maintenance of MAN and Renault commercial vehicles, with depots located in North London, Essex, Kent and Sussex. The PCL Group companies are subsidiaries of Harris Holdings (Grays) Ltd, which controls seven companiesoperating across thirteen workshops offering sales, service, parts and finance services for both HGV and LGV products.
**Key Financial Responsibilities**:
- To ensure that the Service Department achieves its profitability targets.
- To ensure that the Service Department achieves its company KPI targets.
- To ensure that the Service Department achieves its manufacturer KPI targets.
- To explore opportunities for additional revenue outside of the current customer base and to market the Service Department to maximise revenue opportunities.
- To ensure the efficient running of the Service department from workshop booking, to workshop loading, to workshop hours control and administration.
**Key Customer Focussed Responsibilities**:
- To monitor performance figures and statistics against budget and propose and implement corrective measures; as appropriate.
- To undertake regular planned customer visits to promote satisfaction and maintain good relationships with our customers.
- To ensure effective dispute resolution with customers through effective and prompt communication with the customer.
**Required competencies**:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and time manage effectively under pressure.
- Organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build good professional relationships with all staff and customers.
**Computer skills**:
- Microsoft Office, incl. Excel, Word and Outlook.

- In-depth knowledge of the truck industry.
