**Please note the location of our office is Wick Saint Lawrence and is not well serviced by public transport.**

Starting out as a small Commercial and Domestic Cleaning company, family-run with family values, Vapor Clean has seen consistent growth from father & son to an ever-expanding team delivering services to domestic households to recognised brand names.

We are looking for someone to join our support team as a customer service advisor, who will enjoy working in a small but fast-paced environment handling inbound and outbound calls along with a range of administrative tasks. Aiming to hit targets & fulfil customers expectations

This varied role requires someone that is highly organised, able to multi-task, and adapt as the day can change quickly, and while one moment you can be speaking with customers booking appointments the next you could be checking and ordering stock.

It requires a person that is calm and together to enable them to focus on resolving the issue they face. They must be confident on the phone and able to work well within a team.

**Duties for our Customer Service Advisor include but are not limited to**:

- Answer incoming calls from external parties and responding accordingly
- Diary management for Technicians
- Taking card payments
- Outbound calls to contracts
- Outbound calls to generate new business
- Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests
- Ensuring up to date paperwork is available for Technicians
- Typing and sending contracts and documents
- General admin duties

The role is about supporting the team out on the road from booking and confirming appointments to ensuring they have the correct stock by carrying out stock checks and replenishing when required.

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have excellent knowledge and skills of computers including outlook, word, and excel
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with customers in person, on the phones, and in writing
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, as we do not believe in micro-management
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Good sense of humour and able to deal with high-pressure, fast pace environment.
- Some form of sales experience is preferred but not essential

**Working days & hours**:
20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 12:30pm-5:30pm
