A fast-growing, Cambridge and London-based FinTech company is looking for an enthusiastic **KYC and Onboarding Associate **to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, you will also receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working opportunities, private medical insurance, health and wellness discounts, a cycle to work scheme, monthly happy hours and team lunches, and lunch and learn training sessions.

You will be joining the Cambridge or London office of a FinTech company who are making waves within the financial technology sector with their cash asset management platform. They have been growing rapidly and have already built close ties with huge players within the financial services sector.

**As KYC and Onboarding Associate, your responsibilities will include**:

- Onboarding new clients
- Running due diligence processes on new and existing clients
- Updating the CRM system with client data
- Working with multiple parts of the business including the Sales, Client Services and Payments teams
- Operating the digital onboarding platform
- Working with external KYC and AML vendors
- Contributing your ideas on improving all aspects of the process and business

**We are looking for a KYC and Onboarding Associate who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience in the role
- Honesty and integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Strong work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Great team player

**Any experience in the following would also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role**:

- Financial or economic background or education
- Familiarity with CRM systems
