**Role overview**

Our Online Communities and Custom Panels business is a growing team of digital and community method experts who help brands to get closer to consumers through agile, online research methodologies across qualitative and quantitative.

We are really excited about the future potential of our Online Communities & Panels business and the impact we can make for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a relatively new team and put your stamp on the Ipsos business.

**What will I be doing?**
- Leading accounts, being responsible for growth, client retention and high-quality delivery across the project cycle from brief to delivery
- Getting to know your client's business in-depth, becoming an extension of their team so we add long-term value and become trusted advisors
- Leading on new business opportunities including the proposal writing and pitch process, forging relationships across a wide variety of teams across Ipsos to help support the growth of our business (both UK and globally)
- Managing and developing more junior members of the team, coaching on the job and supporting their training and career direction
- Identifying opportunities for thought-leadership and take the lead on the creation of this
- Working with our global and UK innovation networks to trial and explore new opportunities to innovate our offer

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home

**What do I need to bring with me?**
- You will have experience in market research or consumer insights to Associate Director level or equivalent or you may be a Research Manager ready to make an upwards move.
- You should be excited by problem solving and innovation.
- Experience of digital research methodologies and the bravery to try new tools and approaches to evolve our proposition.
- Expertise in traditional qualitative methods such as groups and IDIs (online or offline).
- Strong story-telling and communication skills with ability to present strongly to clients.
- Client focused & with a proven track record in growth and retention.
- An ability to think creatively and commercially.
