**Job Title**
- Purchase Ledger Assistant (Interim)**Department**

- Temporary, 20 hours per week (flexible to suit)**Job Purpose**
- To support the Head Office Finance team in the efficient running of a small but busy department, including managing the Head Office Purchase Ledger and the upkeep of the office records for month end and external reporting.

**Job Summary**
- Monitor daily cash movements for Head Office companies.
- Liaise with Head Office senior managers to ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
- Liaise with Head Office senior managers for the issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Process invoice and other payments through Barclays/BNP/HSBC, as & when required by Treasury or the Head Office team, forwarding remittances to suppliers where necessary.
- Help Head Office Finance/Treasury with any ad hoc tasks and maintain upkeep of departmental files.
