We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our busy Service department in Norwich. The role may also include working at our Dereham branch as required.

You will be fully trained to become a Parts Advisor and as part of your training you will attend the PSA training centre. Training will consist of 4 weeks block training over a 2 year period with the remainder of your time being spent at Thurlow Nunn where practical training will be provided and regular visits from an assessor. There will also be virtual classroom training and web-based training.

The Apprentice Parts Advisor role reports to the Aftersales Manager, and is responsible for identifying customer parts requirements, answering questions regarding technical issues with vehicles, warranties, services and repairs whilst improving profitability by presenting offers to customers where appropriate. You will keep customers informed on the progress of their order, ensuring that the order is allocated, invoiced and dispatched in a timely manner.

We are looking for the following
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Competence in Microsoft packages
