**The Department**

The Global Partnerships Office is a small, dynamic team which supports the University’s UK and international partnership activity, a key component of the University’s current strategic plan. The Global Partnerships Office co-ordinates the relationship between our partners and key University stakeholders and supports a wide range of activities including partnership development and approval, monitoring, legal matters and student experience.

**The Role**

The key focus of this role is to support the operations and administration of the University’s current academic partnerships in the UK and overseas. This includes supporting the maintenance of records relating to partners, co-ordinating annual monitoring activities for existing partners and liaising with partners on a range of matters, including marketing and branding.

**The Person**

The postholder will have prior experience of working at a high level within an administrative role and for an education or training provider. The postholder will also have experience of handling and managing data and using corporate systems for education purposes (e.g. student record systems). The postholder will also have the ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels within an organisation.
