**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Participant Outreach**:_
- Initiate calls to potential participants to book them in for upcoming courses.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, answer queries, and ensure participants have all necessary details for attendance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- **Paperwork Management**:_
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate before and after each course.
- Collaborate with participants and internal teams to collect required documentation.
- Consistently update participant information, course details, and any relevant notes.
- **Reporting**:_
- Provide regular reports to the Team Leader and Project Manager, summarising participant outreach, course bookings, and any challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Monday - Friday
- Fulltime
- **Working Location in person**
Pay: £18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
