**The Team**

The Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Hub is a service for service users who have a mental illness, that may require an assessment under The Mental Health Act 2007 to determine whether a hospital admission is required.

The AHMP team is a very busy front-line service, resilience when dealing with sensitive information is imperative. As some of the information received can be of an upsetting nature. However, you will receive support from the AMHP Management Team with this.

The AMHP team provide a triage and assessment service, work is allocated daily and you will be involved in taking referral information, and assisting triage with admin tasks. You will also be expected to take minutes at meetings and pull of statistical information when required. The role is a varied one, where you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks to assist the AMHP Management Team in obtaining relevant information. This is a varied and interesting role with a fantastic team.

We are looking for a Business Support Officer, with knowledge of SAP, Carefirst and excellent communication skills to join our team.

**The Role**

This role is a Kirklees Council Business Support Officer. It supports the team administrative tasks to enable them to provide to support to those in need. The role is varied as each day is different depending on what is needed within the team.

Key tasks include:

- Answering calls from patients/service users and other members of the public
- Typing
- Diary management
- Annual Leave/sickness monitoring
- Post
- Recording data on the patient information system
- Arranging meetings
- Minute taking
- Invoicing
- Managing and maintaining system (SAP, Carefirst)
- Pulling off data for the Management Team.
