Splunk UK is looking for an energetic and passionate sales leader to lead a successful team of Sales Executive’s through Splunk’s next phase of exciting growth. The strategic accounts team in the UK houses some of the worlds most well-known organisations and some of Splunk’s marquee customers.

You will be responsible for recruitment, enablement, and execution of strategic sales cycles with a responsibility to uphold the Splunk core values and high standards of customer centricity. At Splunk, we’re committed to our work, customers, having fun and most meaningfully to each other’s success.

**Role**:
Define, build and guide your team strategy to ensure success and enjoyment within the successful Splunk UK sales team. Inspire and develop your team to build a sustainable and growing business across the UK and within the global accounts in this area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, onboard and enable Regional Sales Managers (RSM’S) to be productive in as short a timeframe as possible
- Work across the Splunk ‘village’ with key business partners to ensure win-win scenarios and achieve ultimate customer success (Pre-Sales, Partners, Best Practice, Professional Services, customer success, Global Splunk teams, etc
- Build Pipeline generation motions to develop new business across Splunk solutions and use cases.
- Run and deliver license, support, and service revenue targets (Incremental & Renewable growth)
- Develop people, territories, and yourself within an encouraging and collaborative culture at Splunk UK.
- Work with the Splunk systems, processes and sales methodologies to ensure consistent performance against achievable business plans.

**Requirements**:

- A successful track record of selling software solutions and services within strategic enterprise level organisations.
- An ability and desire to focus on new business
- Experience has been gained from within a SaaS and cloud environments.
- Experience in Telco, Pharmaceutical & Retail sectors would be an advantage
- Credibility at, and shown success in selling to the c-suite.
- Excellent networking ability - Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally. Able to orchestrate resources across a matrix environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements with customers
- Able to maintain a high level of efficiency with consistency in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- High energy, hardworking with high integrity
