Chase Associates are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Gloucester. Our client who has a strong foundation and reputation in the Gloucester area is ideally looking for someone who has previous experience of running payroll and the individual will be part of a team of an expanding team.

In return our client will offer a great salary with progression and a chance to develop & learn over a period time. The role will be office-based in Gloucester, though possibility of working remotely further down the line.

**Key tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Sage payroll software essential experience.
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain employee records and update changes in payroll system.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
