As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer you will have the following skills:

- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Good rapport building skills
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Tenacious
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Some sales experience is desired but not essential

Annual basic salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission

Typical salaries and benefits depending on experience: £16.000 - £25,000 per year, plus Uncapped Commission, Company pensions, Private healthcare, Employee mentoring programme, Private medical insurance, Company socials generous holiday allowances.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Salary is age dependent, 16-25k starting

Commision is uncapped

OTE is 40k + after 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
