**The job in a nutshell**

This is one of two new Property and Database Assistant roles, reporting to the Regional Estates Manager responsible for the successful development, management and roll out of the Estates database to the wider Property team and business.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist in the design and maintenance of the recently introduced Estates database using bespoke formulas, scripts and automations on the Airtable cloud platform.
- Develop an understanding of each of the relevant Property and Finance functions in order to tailor bespoke reports.
- Develop the database to encompass all functions of the property department including Refit, Development, Construction and Facilities and to design the accessibility of information to suit the end user.
- Collate data from various internal and external sources and undertake ‘data cleansing’ to ensure information that is uploaded onto the database has been verified and is accurate.
- Build and maintain an internal and external user base ensuring that the correct level of access to sensitive information is provided and secure.
- Assist in the design of and roll out of a training programme to all internal and external users of the database.
- Assist in the creation of standard reports and schedules as required using formulas similar to excel.
- Act as a main point of contact for all queries from internal and external stakeholders.

**What we’ll expect from you**
- Strong Excel skills including formatting, formulae and data handling.
- An understanding of Microsoft Access/Other database platforms an advantage.
