Working as part of a growing Cyber Security and Compliance team, the post holder will;
Provide leadership in relation to day-to-day Cyber Security compliance, including the development of an Information Security Management System.

Lead on the investigation and reporting of Cyber Security incidents in line with the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018 (NIS-R), developing relevant processes and ensuring lessons learned are documented and acted upon.

Lead on the Risk Assessment of all BCUHB ICT systems in line with the ISO27001 standard.

Report on performance indicators including gaps in Documentation and Standards relating to NIS-R, CE+ etc

Develop a programme of ICT Disaster Recovery and Cyber Exercises, identify lessons learned and report on their implementation.

Development of supplier chain due diligence and accreditation processes including annual re-accreditation.

Horizon scanning - advise the organisation on innovation and developments in the Cyber Security industry.

Advise on practical and proportionate controls which mitigate Cyber Security risks while supporting the achievement of organisational goals.

Contribute to national and local ICT projects, providing expert, technical advice on Cyber Security risks.

Posses expert knowledge of Cyber Security best practice frameworks, documentation, risk management.

Provide leadership and ownership in the delivery of Cyber Security Compliance improvements

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
