**The Role**:
There could not be a more exciting time to join FitFlop. As we head towards our 5-year strategy to a ‘path to a billion’, the opportunity for an Interim Senior PMO has become available.

The responsibilities of the Senior PMO include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

A key part of the role is to work proactively with the key business stakeholders as an advocate of change, challenging the status quo and driving efficiencies through improved processes whilst bringing the various teams (internal and external) with you. You and the teams are expected to deliver with speed and accuracy the enhancements and projects to specification, within the constraints of time and costs. Ensuring the delivery of planned benefits whilst actively managing the expectations of the business.

Covering all FitFlop existing systems including omni-channel (B2C & B2B), the Senior PMO will build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, whilst ensuring they have the gravitas and expertise to get buy-in at all levels of the business. You’ll have oversight of all projects across the business and drive project initiations in order to deliver projects effectively. Your expert skills and experience will catapult the delivery of new, innovative solutions.

**The Responsibilities**:

- You’ll work closely with key business colleagues to prioritise focus areas, drive initiatives, ideas and solutions into solid, scalable and functional project proposals to deliver best practice, efficiency and support business growth. Then (of course) successfully deliver them
- Reviewing the current capabilities and constraints of the project teams, leading them through change and driving them to deliver outstanding results.
- You’ll be focused on Project Delivery and getting things done (it goes without saying that they will be on time, within budget, first time).
- Observe areas for improving existing project management office policies and processes, creating and communicating these throughout the business.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents aligned with delivery of the program of works.
- Provide project management to deliver business benefit through the development of first class business solutions, working with internal teams, partners and 3rd party providers as appropriate.
- Ensuring budget management is adhered to for all projects, including analysing financial data, risks and resource allocation.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, should there be a need to step in to assist in delivery.
- Supplier management (you’ll be a born negotiator).
- Management of risk tracking and flagging any issues that incur (you’ll be a confident issue resolution manager).
- Communication and reporting of projects - statuses, budget, risk, issues updates, etc. to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Governing and steering group meetings to gain the required outcomes (Project Steering Committee, CABs, Project Delivery & Working groups).
- Ensure efficient lessons learnt sessions that result in tangible actions and follow these to completion to plan future optimisation phases.

**Work Environment**:
