Working for this dynamic and highly reputable city centre Organisation; we are looking for an experienced company secretary

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling of internal governance meetings, distribution of board and committee packs and manage stakeholder expectations in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for 2-3 Senior Management and Board Committees - liaison/provide advice to Chairs, meeting management support, taking and drafting minutes and actions to the quality expected in a regulated environment
- Responsible, alongside the other Assistant Company Secretary’s for the maintenance of the firms’ in house regulations and governance framework
- Engagement with Group Company Secretary team to manage relationship and support delivery of any initiatives
- Ensuring statutory records are maintained in house, clearly organised and accessible
- Keeping Companies House filings up to date
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties as required

Experience required
- strong experience of minuting committee meetings - preferable of experience at Board level
- exceptional organisational skills
- good stakeholder management and used to dealing with senior stakeholders such as Board members
- experience of tracking actions and building meeting agendas
- working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday Hybrid working pattern, (2 days in Bristol office)
- This could also be a part time position at circa 3 days per week if preferred

To £23 hourly rate - possibly negotiable depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £20.00-£23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol
