The Workforce Development, Education and Training Team (WDET) is a team within the Corporate Care Group. We support and deliver a wide range of education and training across the organisation. We work in partnership with aligned Universities and relevant Governing Bodies. We are committed to delivering best practice within EKHUFT to support the delivery of high quality and safe patient care. The Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator role is integral to the Workforce Development, Education and Training Team agenda and the Trust objectives. The role of the Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator will work closely with the Practice Development Nurse's and WDET Matron's to support learners in clinical practice and deliver training programmes.

The Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator 1-year fixed term contract will have an initial focus on delivering the training to prepare and support our Internationally Educated Nurses to successfully pass the NMC Test of Competence and gain NMC registration.

Three full time positions available for the Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitator 1-year fixed term contract. Trustwide role with site to be confirmed.
