Credit Control Administrator

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our reputable Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a **Credit Control Administrator **to join their friendly team on a **Permanent **basis.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be required to utilise your credit control skills to effectively recover outstanding debt from existing customers. You will be solely responsible for cash collection on a proportion of the Customer base and will form an integral part of the credit control team, sharing responsibility with the other team members for resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
**Credit Control Administrator Job Details & Benefits;**
- £25,000 per annum
- Monthly incentives bonus (target driven of up to £300 per month)
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with 30 minutes lunch

**Credit Control Administrator Job Duties;**
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers providing exceptional customer service
- Allocating credit notes and payments in a timely manner
- Completing reporting tasks and activities in Microsoft Excel
- Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer queries
- Completing reviews of existing Customers and escalating any doubtful debts to the credit and risk administrator
- Provide periodic reports on aged debt and customer interaction to management
- Maintaining customer records to ensure details are relevant and up to date
- All other associated tasks as required
**Credit Control Administrator Person Specification;**
- A minimum of 1 years experience within a credit control or cash collections environment is essential
- IT literate with solid experience of Microsoft packages - specifically Excel
- Confident telephone manner and the ability to build a rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Sage and/or Salesforce is desirable but not essential
