Assistant Administrator and sales.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the administrative department
- Provide support to the Administrator in managing administrative tasks
- Load properties, photos and validate with clients.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist in invoices and marketing management tasks
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in organizing and planning company events or meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work essentail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. The successful applicant will be expected to grow into doing some sales as well and helping with all aspects of commercial. Dry and hunger is essential.

Driving License and car is a must.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
