Sales Administrator

Based in Tunbridge Wells this position will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role of the Customer Tele-Sales Administrator Is vital in providing first class service to the customer base.
Part of a small team, this role will be flexible and adaptable, providing cover for other team members as required.
**Principle Objectives**:
- To provide outstanding customer service to existing and new customers
- To assist with general administrative duties as required.
- To work as an effective member of a small team.
**Duties**:
- Log sales enquiries in Customer Relationship Management System and pro-actively follow up on the opportunities with customers to close sales.
- Telephone existing accounts to ensure they are happy with the company and to look for opportunities to further grow sales.
- Liaise with our manufacturing and purchasing teams to obtain supplier quotations for custom products.
- Raise Customer Quotations in Sage 200
- Process Customer Orders in SAGE 200 and send Order Acknowledgements to customers
- Process card payments in Sage Pay
- Obtain Shipping Quotes for overseas orders.
- Liaise with our Warehouse on urgent orders and with our courier partners to resolve any customer delivery queries.
**Skills / Experience**
- Previous telesales experience is essential
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team using own initiative
**Hours of Work**
Are Monday to Thursday 0830 -1700 and Fridays 0830 - 1430
