Immediate Start - Full time 8.30am-5.30pm

We are looking for someone who shows great customer service skills; to work well in a small friendly office environment; who is able to time manage, prioritise workload, strong communication skills, skills in processing and Microsoft Office, excel experience, work well on your own and as a team; with a friendly and proactive approach, who has ability to adapt to a diverse role.

The role is varied, where you will be taking responsibility for:

- Organising diary and planned/scheduling for Engineer's and sending appointments, completing general administrative duties.
- Liaising with Suppliers and quoting customers, purchasing of equipment and ensuring correct goods received/returned.
- Updating compliance records, taking payments, reconciling Engineers credit card payments, processing cheques.
- Taking deliveries of goods and allocation, arranging collections and ensuring parts in stock.
- Updating stock levels and pricing.
- Fleet management.
- Processing on inhouse system.
- Updating records and job status effectively.
- Bringing new ideas and updating social media platforms.

Experience: Minimum of 2 Years preferable

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
