The role of clinical educator is designed to support and mentor newly registered nursing staff throughout LPFT and enable them to develop their nursing skills by working alongside them to deliver bespoke learning opportunities.

Clinical educators work alongside new registrants to support their integration into their role and provide both practical and pastoral support to all of our learners. This post will work as part of the wider practice education team and will have support from colleagues to deliver training and ecuation to all of our newly registered nurses, apprentices and students.
