Training Lead Cyp Complex Needs Service

Create and review evidence-based training sessions and workshops, for a range of professionals including those working within LPFTs CYP services, LCCs Childrens Services, Future4Me staff, Education and Barnardos Leaving Care Service. Proactively plan groups, workshops and training based on previous and predicted service need. Proactively gather and review feedback to inform development of interventions and training. Contribute to the development and upkeep of the LPFT website to support families and professionals.
Provide a professional, non-stigmatising service. Ensure best practice by incorporating NICE guidance and meeting healthcare standards. Adhere to Trust Policies in consideration of Child in Need and safeguarding issues, and in maintaining accurate and effective written records. Contribute to the development of the service, participating in team discussions and decision making through attendance at team meetings.
Receive management supervision and participate in clinical supervision and performance appraisals. Support the training needs of other staff in the service. Work closely with the other staff when developing training (e.g. Clinical Psychology; Harmful Behaviour lead).
Support the Team Coordinator when required. Provide supervision to junior staff as required.
