**Business Support Officer**:
Role Purpose

There are two exciting vacancies that have arisen within Tower Hamlets Business Support hub as follows:
1 x Business Support Officer full time Permanent supporting Family Support Protection, Children with Disabilities and Exploitation.

1 x Business Support Officer full time up to 18 months FTC/Secondment supporting various teams within the Children Social Care Business Support Service.

You will be part of a centralised Business Support hub; however, these posts will support the service specific area of Children’s Social Care in playing a pivotal role to deliver excellent front line and back-office support services. You must be adaptable and flexible and fully ICT literate in supporting us to seek digital solutions in becoming more efficient service and be part of the agile workforce.

In the Business Support hub we have people centred approach and therefore you must demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills both orally and written. You will be proactive and have the ability to manage expectations with the stakeholders with your negotiations and influencing skills.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Proficient in all ICT Microsoft packages and any other associated systems
- Ability to work diligently and strong attention to detail
- Being adaptable and working across a number of different teams when required in delivering the business support tasks
- To be solution focused and respectfully challenge and manage inefficient ways of working.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills to engage a range of stakeholders and able to articulate discussions in a concise manner.
- You must be flexible, able to work under pressure in meeting competing deadlines to deliver a high-quality service.
