Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Support Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Operate and maintain administration and financial systems, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the service and are in accordance with departmental policies.
- Work flexible hours, including early shifts, long days, and evenings, to meet the needs of the business.
- Competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Support Officer or Admin Officer.
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service or ability to obtain a new DBS.
