Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for an **Office Manager**to join our client, a professional consultancy company based in Aylesford. Due to company growth and expansion, this a new role.

**Duties for the Office Manager**:

- Direct management of 3 admin staff and remote management of a further 2 admin staff
- Overseeing general office operations including facilities
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
- Training and development of team members
- Delegating assignments/workload to ensure maximum productivity
- Assisting senior management when required
- Helping to establish and maintain office procedures
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel and car rental reservations
- Maintaining company owned vehicles (taxes and insurance, fuel cards etc.)
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining stock levels
- Maintaining all the legal documents of the company including council and government tax
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting of new contracts
- Creating presentations and management level reports

**Person spec for the Office Manager**:

- Office management experience within administration or customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in motivating, coaching and developing a team
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Good interpersonal skills
