**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise general administration skills to support training functions
- Maintain and update the Training/Skills Matrix
- Coordinate and schedule training courses for employees
- Assist in preparing training course materials
- Communicate with various departments to ensure timely completion of training tasks
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and report outcomes
- Collaborate with training providers to deliver up-to-date training
- Create training materials aligned with business training plans
- Ensure compliance with Training, Health and Safety, and Quality procedures
- Assist in additional tasks as needed for the training team's efficiency
- Manage data using MS Excel, identify trends, and guide continuous improvement
- Provide analytical support and create reporting tools for the team
- Produce employee training reports for audit readiness
- Update HR Cloud platform with new employees' training certificates
