**About us**

Student NO FEE Property Agency is an independent Landlord renting houses to University Students in Southampton.

Our work environment includes:

- Modern office setting
- Kitchen facilities
- Friendly team
- A University Student or recent Graduate
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of the local area
- A basic understanding of the purpose of an Inventory.
- A personal experience of completing an inventory would be helpful.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Full training is given and camera equipment provided.

The role will involve conducting inspections on empty properties (1 week) and then office based for data analysis and deposit return.

Hours are 10 - 5pm except 28th June which is 12 - 8pm.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 weeks

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
