**Parker Smith Inclusion is actively recruiting a SENCO for a mainstream primary school in East London.**
This school is firmly dedicated to creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere for all pupils and giving students the opportunity to learn and grow as diverse, global citizens.
As SENCO your role would be dedicated to supporting pupils with SEND and working collaboratively and effectively with external services and managing your workload autonomously. This position requires dedication and passion for supporting children with SEND and a desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for all students.
**Main Responsibilities -**
- Determine the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the school to raise the achievement of children with SEND, those eligible for Pupil Premium and those identified as vulnerable.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEND.
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents, and other agencies.
As SENCO, you will have the opportunity to make an active difference in the lives of pupils with SEND and develop strategies to further support their achievement, safety, and happiness at the school.
