Trainee SENCO Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee SENCO to join our team at an 'Outstanding' Primary school in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary Teacher to develop their skills and knowledge in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced SENCO and Deputy Head Teacher to support and lead SEN interventions, work with professionals, complete EHCPs, report to SLT, provide training to support staff and teachers, and much more. This is a full-time and permanent post, paid directly through the school, with the opportunity to gain a SENCO qualification.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for SEN and a desire to make a positive impact on our students' lives. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills, and who is willing to work collaboratively as part of our team.
