As maintenance stores administrator you will possess a high level of organisation to ensure that over £1.2m of stock is accounted for, booked in, and booked out upon spares being utilised and restocked.

You will be raising purchase orders for works required on overhauls and for the restocking of parts within the stores whilst updating stock when items have been booked out in the past day and booking in new items arriving.

You’ll be working closely with the wider Maintenance Department and assisting when necessary to acquire new parts, tooling, or to locate parts that are we have in stock.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ownership of the SHEQ culture and behaviour for the stores area and racking
- Organising outgoing overhauls of pumps motors and gearboxes to the suppliers that we deal with on a regular basis
- Working with supporting companies and suppliers to maintain well established business relations
- Responsible for deliveries made to site and dealing with accordingly
- Working with the finance team on a monthly basis to carry out stock checks

- Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong, cohesive relationships at all levels
- Experience of an engineering or manufacturing stock control environment
- FLT License or/plus Telehandler license is advantageous
- Pro-active approach with ability of working in a standalone role
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- High levels of knowledge and skills with IT packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Ultimo)
- Good attention to detail and meticulous stock control
