**Job Description**:
**Pertemps have an exciting new role for Operations Clerk for our client based in Burton On Trent.**

Rotational Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am

**Salary**: £12.41 per hpur
The purpose of the role is to ensure all goods in and goods out orders are processed accurately, ensuring correct allocation of stock for goods out orders whilst maintaining customer special requests are adhered to. The role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stock.

**Main Accountability's**
- System control for all inbound and outbound loads.
- Allocation of stock to outbound loads, ensuring stock is allocated correctly and dealing with short dated stock.
- Ensuring all customer instructions have been adhered to and are entered onto the system for picking.
- Control of relevant delivery documentation
- Point of first contact for Planning, Molson Coors Demand Management, and Inventory control as appropriate.
- Operating systems - SAP, GTS and TMS.
- Processing reports
- Updating Transport Management System with live information to provide Planning with accurate information.
- Respond to calls from Primary Operations as appropriate
- Deal with out of hours stock issues where appropriate
- Liaise with warehouse staff as appropriate in absence of Shift Manager
