This is a very varied role which will involve providing administration support to the internal sales team and dealing with a variety of tasks including processing sales orders and sending out confirmations for clients. This role requires excellent attentionto detail in addition to customer service as client relationship management is a key part of the role.

My client are a fasting growing business who have recently merged with another business so its a very exciting time to join the organisation. They have a hugely supportive working environment with full training provided and they offer flexible working with3 days from home and 2 day in office.
**Description**
- Support the sales team with a variety of tasks and ensure that all administration processes are completed efficiently.
- Take any incoming calls and deal with them in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all correspondents are recorded onto the system accurately.
- Ensure quality of sales orders processing is of the highest standard: timely, accurate and comprehensive.
- Identify issues with and errors in order data and if unable to resolve, escalate to Team.
- Prepare sales letters, quotations for products and services and tender documents and file accordingly.
