**Human Resources Business Partner - Band 8B**:
Bank Partners are proud to be working with UCLH who are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their experienced team, with the hospital boasting an overall GOOD CQC rating.

**Your everyday responsibilities will entail**:

- Input into the development of the Trust’s overarching workforce strategy, and lead on implementation within areas of responsibility.
- Take the lead in the creation and execution of particular Trust-wide policies, initiatives, and programmes, as determined by the Head of Workforce.
- Provide guidance to the Head of Workforce, Medical Director and core team on workforce issues, risks and developments relating to the Division(s) for Board management purposes, guided by in-depth and expert knowledge of the Division.
- Lead the development and execution of organisational change programmes, ensuring adherence to the Trust's Change Management Policy and good employment practises, and proactively working with staff representatives to reduce risks to plans.
- Devise and deliver cultural and change management programmes which will assist in the delivery of the Division(s) and Trust’s overarching strategy, and are in accordance with the Trust’s values and attitudes.
- Develop and implement proposals for sensitive, difficult or high profile recruitment situations, leading on and participating in the process as appropriate (i.e. participate in recruitment panels, establish arrangements with external executive search firms).
- Make that the divisional workforce performance targets are met. This will entail assisting managers in determining the most effective way to accomplish goals.

**What qualifies you to be good fit**:

- Senior-level operational and strategic HR accomplishments with a demonstrated track record, working across a wide range of responsibilities, including OD
- Experience of leadership of complex change management
- Knowledge of service development and redesign
- Demonstrable experience of working with financial management systems
- Ability to manage highly complex and difficult situations where there is often direct conflict
- In depth knowledge of current thinking and policy affecting the workforce in the health and public sector
