Macildowie are working with an established business who specialises within E-commerce Trading and are looking to recruit a Head of Sales.

The objective of this position is to plan & deliver key growth sales strategies and tactics. You will ensure that new business is sourced and brought on board in line with revenue targets. Ensure that the Business Development Team is focused on providingnew leads and managing existing suppliers ensuring we are achieving the best rate of return.

**About the role**:

- Own the Sales Strategy
- Achieve revenue goals
- Deliver new Key Accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Lead and motivate the Business Development Team to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue
- Design programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyse market trends and results to determine annual profit plans
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the business
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Previous experience of managing and motivating a team
- Understanding of B2B e-commerce
- Demonstrate active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
- Flexible, analytical, strategic yet execution focused
