Staff Power Group have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our client in Gateshead, an award-winning UK Company, providing complete signage and graphics solutions from concept design, through to final installation.

Duties will include covering reception at certain times but also supporting the HR Manager with admin tasks, some duties below;
- Assisting with driving licence checks
- General filing
- Housekeeping of Chronicle HR records
- Assisting with booking of training
- Reference checks
- Any ad-hoc admin
- Generating absence and attendance reports from Chronicle and highlighting where there are areas for concern
- Updating excel models such as Capacity model, on-time delivery scorecard once per week
- Assisting with time and attendance system - ensuring HR records are updated
- Good working knowledge of microsoft office - excel
- Use of ERP system
- Taking notes in meetings

This is a permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-17:15pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
