Finance Assistant / Admin Officer needed for a busy Engineering company. Experience is essential.

Sage 50 Accounts experience is essential, a minimum of 3 years is required, Duties will include

Accounts Payable
- Processing supplier invoices & post on Sage
- Deal with supplier queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocate payments
- Maintaining AP ledger
Treasury
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Journal posting
Accounts Receivable
- Post invoices on Sage
- Post and allocate receipts on Sage
- perform account reconciliations
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Credit control
- Generate age analysis
Other
- Preparing information for auditors & HMRC
- Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
- Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
- Process & post intercompany transactions
- Maintain a good filing system for all paperwork

This is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
