**Post Title: Lodge Receptionist (Porter)**

**Salary**: University Scale 3 (£10,598.50 - £11,857.50 pa pro-rata according to experience)

**Hours**: Part time, average 17.5 hours per week

Are you a good communicator, have experience in dealing with difficult situations? Are you able to act quickly in an emergency? Do you feel you are a highly motivated and organised person?

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Lodge team as an experienced Part-Time Day Porter as part of a job share. A typical shift pattern is 4 shifts working 07:00 - 15:00 (including a 30-minute unpaid break), followed by 8 days off.

This is a public-facing role providing a friendly yet professional welcome to all guests and visitors. The delivery of exemplary customer service is paramount to creating a positive impression and to the successful operation of an efficient and effective lodge reception. The Lodge is open round the clock, 365 days a year.

The Lodge Receptionist will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Lodge and fulfilling the daily tasks as per departmental procedures.
