Our client is a leading FMCG organisation based in St. Albans and are currently looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team Working with our client you will be apart of a great company culture and have the opportunity to progress your careerin HR

**Description**

As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

- Supporting the HR team with varies functions such as: scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, processing job changes/promotions, supporting the employment life cycle from new starters to leavers
- Work with line managers and team members on any HR activities
- Complete the onboarding process such as producing offer letters, contracts, new starter paper work
- Supporting payroll by providing them with accurate details
- Manage maternity/paternity leave cases
- Ensuring payroll cycle is completed accurately
- Answering telephone to answer any HR queries
- Maintain and update employee records
- Following organisation standards

**Profile**
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have previous HR experience with a passion for HR as a career
- Very strong IT skills
- Have strong excel skills
- Experience managing a shared mailbox from a shared services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
