**Job description**

Hearing Wales is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our growing company and become part of our team. We are looking for an individual to run our new clinic in Necastle Emlyn and grow our West Wales business. This role would suit a confident and ambitious individual who would enjoy taking ownership of part of our business. Applicants would require the following attributes;
- Highly organised
- Able to multi-task
- Good with people
- Excellent computer skills with previous experience of mail-merge, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Smiling face and cheerful personality

The role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls and responding to queries
- Reconciling payments and invoices
- Handling petty cash
- Business development projects to increase awareness of our services in West Wales and foot fall in our branch
- Proactively arranging check ups for our existing clients and booking appointments for new customers
- Coordinating couriers for hearing aid orders and repairs
- Undertaking training to be able to provide basic hearing aid repairs for our clients
- Keeping the clinic clean and tidy
- Sorting and distributing post
- Maths/English GCSE/O'level pass essential

**Job Type**: Part time or Full time considered.

**Salary**: £18,525-£22,000,00 / per year pro rata depending on experience.
