**The Role:
**Brook Street are proud to be working in partnership with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with a complete remote working role. We are recruiting for scheduling administrator (Temporary) to work with a team to coordinate and track various care inspectionsacross the country and complete the relating administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide an essential service to the CQC and critical partners.

**Assignment: 5 Months
Rate of Pay: £10.55 per hour
Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday (flexible shift patterns available)
Location: Fully remote
Working arrangements: Full time remote working (no office hours)**

**What your primary duties can include**:

- Produce reports based on the inspections that you will be helping to co-ordinate
- Communicating both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders and act as the single point of contact when needed
- Assisting with the document production and summaries of the inspections
- Monitor and respond to enquiries from stakeholders and members of the team
- Developing a "one team" ethos by working flexibly across teams to support colleagues
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written
- Be a strong rapport builder who is able to establish relationships with others (within the team and internal/external stakeholders) quickly and easily
- Be proactive, taking ownership and accountability for decisions and commitments
- Have the ability to solve problems and be resilient
- Have strong planning and organisational skills
- Have a general proficiency in Microsoft office packages including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Need to be able to work towards deadlines and be able to balance youw workload to ensure proficiency
